Works with 2015 Cadillac Escalade 6.2
Ordered this for my 2015 Cadillac Escalade 6.2 and it works perfectly! I haven’t noticed a drain on our battery. I was very happy that this was a lot more affordable then the $280 one I was going to have to get! I used it all weekend and haven’t had any issues, no check engine light, no misfires or any issues at all. It is super easy to install and use as well.

Caused check engine light issues.
After about a week of using it I started getting random check engine light issues. Another issue was the speedometer jumping around. I took it out and drove for a week with no issues. Tried it again and ended up with the same thing. Product says that there would be 2 lights to let you know it was on - then 4 when driving. Mine ended up having 1 light on - then 3. Had a friend who runs a shop and is a ASE diag master tech run his SnapOn scanner on my truck to make sure it didn't have anything wrong. It's fine. Have driven 2 weeks without an issue since taking it off.

2020 Sierra 5.3 Elevation Crew
So I ordered this without fully reading until I came back an hour later, and long story short, tried to cancel the order because I have a 2020. Didn't work... so when it showed up anyways I said "why not try it?". So... leaving the 25mph neighborhood, there was no change. My exhaust system is loud. I HEAR every cylinder. Got up over 40-45 and it started working. No weird helicopter pattern or weird exhaust rolling sound, just 8 cylinders working harmoniously. After parking and restarting, it was back in stock mode until I got over 40-45 mph again. Then all good again at any speed. Start stop says it's on, but it never shuts down at reds. So it works for me, but probably not as intended. This was just day one though. Will update later.Update:4 months later it still works the same. It activates at 40-45 mph. Once activated it works at any speed until it's parked and shut down. It may be the 40-45mph thing or maybe it's when it goes into overdrive. But once it hits a good crusing speed it switches to good ol V8 mode and doesn't care about how much fuel it burns. Downside obviously is you won't even see 20 mpg with it working. 18 maybe if you're drafting large trucks.

This was a Phenomenal Purchase!
This adapter keeps my truck in V8 mode. No More disabling 4 Cylinders protecting tlhe push rods keeping them oiled. Saving my engine from potentially damaging my engine!I've had this for several hours and my truck is more responsive and the transmission is definitely more responsive!I'm a retired US Army Mechanic.

2007 5.3L 1500 Chevy
2007 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 5.3L 0 Engine code Flex fuel. So far does the job. Truck runs as if it never had AFM. Watching to see if it drains my battery when not driving the truck while plugged in.
