Been fitted for a week, all seems OK..The valve etc seems quite smooth and accurate ..The tap head functions well ..Recommended (so far)

Not Happy
The tap looks amazing. I paid a plumber to fit it. It’s now leaking as a tap is clearly faulty. It’s leaking from the top part of the tap under the sink. I will not have to have this removed and get another tap to replace it which now means I’ve paid out twice.

EU Tap
This should come with the 15mm to 3/8inch flexi hose adapter for U.K. houses. You have to order them separately which was not obvious.Also because 15mm flexi hoses are EU spec you get reduced water flow compared to the wider 3/8inch UK flexi hoses. So my hot tap takes ages to warm up whereas the the previous tap that had 3/8inch flexi hoses (bigger) gave me a faster water flow out of the tap and instant hot water from the boiler.Does feel a bit cheap but it is so it’s otherwise good value for money if you’re not fussed about a reduced water flow.
