These exercise sliders get the job done. In my opinion, the side meant for carpet/rugs does work better than the side meant for hard floors. I do have the ability to move to a rug to do exercises requiring the sliders. It could also be due to my (lack of) ability to do the exercises that adds to my difficulty using the soft side meant for the hard floor surface. Overall, I am satisfied and recommend this produce.

I bought these for floor ab exercises, it works both the abs and the thighs. It seems very simple but it's very effective! I previously used a papertowel under each foot for the same effect, while that worked too this works better. The paper towels were limited to smooth surfaces, I can use this on carpet, wood, tile, or my yoga mat. So I can exercise in any room of the house... not that I do that, but it's nice to know that I can :-)

I've never used any type of exercise slides before these and I bought them because of the cheap price and so many great reviews. I'm keeping them because its not worth the hassle of $10 to return them for something else. I'm using them on hard floors, my feet slide off the glossy side constantly. Maybe it's just me or my shoes but its quite frustrating. Like I said, I've never tried another type of slides before but I'm not all that thrilled with this set.

A little small but it works. The sliders works better on the carpet (I've tried on tiles & it's not as smooth). Good for the price.

Flash sale so i said why not. At the purchase price i shouldn't expect much but had i bought these gliders at full price i would be upset. After a month or so of use they are wearing fast. These work the best on artificial turf but move easily on most surfaces. Don't expect these to last more than a year w/ regular use.

As you would expect. The right size and the smooth side slides easy. The padded side feels nice on your feet (if you use bare foot like I do) and acts as a pretty good gripper if you want they stationary. Enjoying using them.

Work great but wish they were a little larger to better fit both feet on one
