not diabetic
this should not be named "diabetic" the sugar content is lower than nirmal jam but too high for a diabetic diet.the sweetness over rides the cherry flavour but there is plenty of fruit but the jam itself is very thin.I will not be buying it again due its sugar lack of flavour and price

I have got this jam stored in my fridge very tasty must remember no added sugar but you have the fruits own sugar I don’t have it very often but it does keep well
