I'm not a baker having battled my weight for my whole life, so I may be very late to the silicon mat revolution, but if you like to make sheet pan dinners and, like me, are new to the silicon mat revolution; do yourself a favor and try these. They honestly make roasting on a sheet pan a breeze. The cooking is even, absolutely nothing sticks and clean up is easy-peasy. I bought the all aluminum Nordic Ware half sheet pans to use with these and the fit was absolutely perfect, non of the pans usable space was diminished. Honestly, one of those products that can help busy people get a real meal on the table with minimal hassle and that's a BIG deal!

I bought this because lately I’ve just been baking a lot and I wanted to minimize the amount of parchment paper I use and omg I LOVE this product! When the macarons are fully baked, they come off super easy and it’s easy to clean. I had an incident of under baking a batch so it stuck a bit but cleaning that mess was still easy. Definitely 10/10
