AfnanRare Carbon Eau De Parfum Spray for Men, 3.4 Fl. Oz

I don't consider this fragrance to be a duped of Louis Vuitton Pacific Chill. Although it's very similar, this fragrance has its own unique scent profile. This thing is sensual fire in a bottle, but with way better projection and performance in longevity than the OG. This has a very citrusy, fresh, aquatic, and clean scent profile with a beat mode projection and performance. For the price this is totally worth it. I highly recommend this.

I just want to preface this by saying I bought from the listing sold by Maison Arabia LLC and shipped by Amazon. This is a legit Afnan Rare Reef bottle. The quality for the price is great. I got this for about $32 with tax. Projects well in the heat. The scent is citrusy fresh. Starts off with a huge blast of mint and citrus. Mint and citrus stat throughout and create an airy feeling that lasts in the air. Dries down to a nice sweet fig and apricot. Longevity above average. I will say if you are sensitive to mint, this may not be for you because the mint is very sharp.

There must be quite the batch inconsistencies. My experience was a clean ozone/leather smell up front, then all I can smell through the middle is powder. Maybe it's my nose or my skin, but I'm getting no leather, raspberry or smoky vetiver through the middle. I can't pick up anything fruity, smoky or floral at all. Just powder from what I assume is sandalwood. I like certain varieties of sandalwood, but not the overly powdery stuff. Maybe I just dislike it so much that, that's all I can smell. It's a pleasant fragrance, that I can already tell is going to have great projection, sillage and longevity. It's unisex, and I have no problems rocking a floral or fruity scent, but to me powdery frags are very feminine leaning..imo of course. It's very concentrated. A great value, and fine addition to your rotation for sure. Maybe I'll enjoy the finish more than the middle, and will update. The opening was very nice, and I'm hoping for a revealing dry down. I wasn't expecting the powdery middle, though. Overall, a great price, on a luxe smelling fragrance that many people will undoubtedly love. It punches way above it's weight.

This cologne is amazing! Like I sprayed four sprays or maybe six sprays over my arms and chest and it lasts so long on my clothes and on my body. Plus the price I paid for it here on Amazon was really really good! So it was a really good value for the money. It's a very fresh but beautiful and almost fruity smell, and people have made comments about the smell. Everyone who's smelt it says it smells amazing. So I highly recommend this cologne especially at the price point here on Amazon. It's a really good cologne.

Authentic product, wrapped sealed etc,The fragrance is simply marvelous, the longevity is remarkably, new to fragrances and have purchased a few fragrances but this my number one amazing fragrance,,,Note, first sniff, actually didn’t like it, and wash my arm, but after washing could still smell it,More sprays and instant love as i smelled my arm all day, what a fragrance , the opening is slam and the drydown is a symphony of notes intoxicating

I used to buy a perfume when I lived in Dubai called passion, this one is very close to it, and when I wear it it stays on for hours and makes me happy, and improves my mood! I do have anxiety and depression but I noticed am feeling lighter because keep smelling this good perfume on me and it just makes me feel good! I honestly wasn’t really hopeful and it was a hit or mess purchase! So yay!!! So feminine - get it :)

Decent fragrance the performance is really great. However it smells synthetic to me so much so that I will wear it less frequently. My spouse loves it on me though so that’s worth mentioning. The opening is also great but mid and dry down are synthetic to me

I bought Afnan Rare Carbon after I bought Afnan Rare Reef for my husband and we both loved it. Well, HOLY SMOKES, it’s SMOKEY!!! It hits different! It has lots of notes, but all I get is smoked out Oud! It’s like we had a bonfire w/ cedarwood and it was wet, so it smoked us out. I love the smell when I’m camping, but not in the house or car, especially on a hot day like today. This is a great cool to cold weather fragrance, best suited for fall & winter. Hubby loves it, but he don’t have sense enough to understand it’s a cool to cold weather fragrance, not a summer fragrance, so I may have to hide it haha. It’s VERY masculine, very woody, 100% Smokey, not sweet at all, and FULL ON BEAST-MODE NO Holds BARRED! So, if you like Smokey and Oud fragrances, you will love this! I had to take a star away because it’s too BEAST-MODE and to the point of nausea for others who are in small confined places w/ someone wearing it. So be cognizant of that fact. It’s literally a 1-spray Eau De Parfum! It came in yesterday, Hubby put it on at 3am as he left for work, it’s 6pm right now and he smells like he just put it on. I told him to get in the shower because I can’t handle it anymore. The entire house smelled like Rare Carbon all day & wouldn’t let up, & he made it stronger by coming home and walking all around after work. That’s 15 hrs! I’m sure Rare Carbon would last for 24-48-72 hrs on skin and esp on clothing! So, like I said, if you love UBER BEAST-MODE WOOD (OUD) fragrances, this is perfect for you! Just be kind to everyone’s olfactory fatigue possibilities, & maybe your own when wearing it. 😊.
