Used in cacao. Great taste and energy. It’s similar to cacao alchemy or Om mushroom blend, however you can tell the quality is better here. Other brands still have a substrate type of flavor. This is pure medicine.THANK YOU!!!

Doesn't mix well, always has a grainy texture to it. Good taste and as far as I can tell it contains what it says it does. Did see something saying this brand uses myceliated oats instead of the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms but didn't read into it so if that's something that may bother you, I'd suggest some research.

I quit caffeine and started taking this shortly afterwards. It's strongly cacao-flavored (which is nice) and blends very well. I haven't noticed any striking energy or clarity changes but I'm also wrestling with depression. YMMV. When I switch to straight cacao powder, I'll find out if it's helped more than I think!

I'll save you the trouble of searching for it. See the back of the package. There is no way to know what you are actually taking. There is a statement that says "2000mg of mushrooms in every serving". That's about all the important information they give you. Is there a reason they don't want you to know the blend. There is nothing happy about the feeling I got. I have tried the recommended serving of 1 Tablespoon. I tried it with coffee two mornings in a row. Once with the whole tablespoon and once with half the serving size in a cup of coffee. I had two cups this way and got the same results. No energy, no happy feeling, no feeling better about life. Basically the marketing on the website states "raise the vibration of the planet by awaken consciousness and nourishing the mind, body, and spirit using the transformative power of cacao plant and the connection created by the mycelium of medicinal mushrooms". I got none of that. I feel I wasted my money since you can't return it. Going back to Megaplants Cacoa Magic. At least they tell you what you are buying and it works!

I don't understand why summer views complain that the ingredients list is not shown. It literally lists how the type of mushrooms that it contains, including other spices like organic cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, salt, cardamom, and black pepper. This really is a great value for your money. The only thing I could see as a possible complaint is that it is better because it does not contain sugar, which is actually good. If you want to have a sugar-free version. If the taste is an issue, add a teaspoon of sugar.
