Oh my, these are the BEST gluten free “ramen” noodles I’ve found. Better than the buckwheat style I’ve been eating for years. This ramen legitimately tastes like the cup of noodles I miss eating! I can’t have gluten or dairy, so these are perfect. I only wish you got more for the price, but these are premium ramen noodles so they are worth it to me, tasting so good! They’re not slimy or chewy. They also cook perfectly too. No issues at all. They’re perfect!

I have celiac disease and have cooked many gluten free noodles over the years. They tend to boil with a ton of startchy, slimy residue it the water or have an odd texture. I was pretty skeptical of these, but really wanted try making homemade ramen. These blew me away. I boiled 3 packs for 2 people for 5 minutes then transfered the noodles out of the hot water into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking and gently loosened them up. They cooked perfectly, absorbed some flavor after adding to the broth, they have perfect texture and hold together strong, do not fall apart or get mushy. We really only needed a packet of noodles each because there ended up being alot of noodles after cooking expanded them. Whoever developed these is a genius! Love them! This is a huge 60 ounce bowl in the picture. I was so full I could even finish all of it!

I love Ramen. Now, I can make my own with easy, delicious gluten free noodles. Not chewy or tough like others. These are simple and simply delicious.

I got these gluten free ramen noodles for my son who has a gluten allergy. He loves these noodles and they do not make him sick. So he is happy enjoying his ramen soup again. The page size is perfect. The thickness of the noodles is just right. The texture of the noodles is perfect. And the quality is top notch. It is our go to ramen noodles for our family now. We have been looking for good ramen noodles for years and have finally found some! They have the perfect texture, are easy to cook, and passed the teenager test. The protein and fiber content are an added bonus. After 4 minutes of cooking, I use chopsticks to separate the block and then add the chicken ramen broth powder.

I can’t even begin to say how much I love this ramen! My guilty pleasure is top ramen or cup of noodles. And being gluten free now I can’t have them. Devastating I know. Well I came across these noodles and let me say wow! I can have ramen again! I add some healthy gluten free ramen seasoning to them and it tastes just like the real thing. So cool!
