Just got this and I'm a happy little camper.This watch case is solid and built well. The top is glass and is packed well for shipping. The hinges aren't that exciting but they work well and will hold the top open. The pillows are nice and soft - not stiff. There are 4 small feet on the bottom which helps keep it off the dresser a bit and slide well. The bottom drawer is great for my pocket and smaller watches, as well as other doodads. I finally have a nice-looking case to put all the loose timepieces I had everywhere in my bedroom. Looking around the internet there are so many choices at so many price levels (and many bad reviews), so I thought I would buy an 'amazon one' for now. But honestly, this case checks all the boxes and is now a permanent addition to my bedroom. The only picky downside is the front is not one solid piece of wood, so you can easily see the lid, front, and drawer as separate pieces. (a hand-made one would use one piece of wood to make it look seamless.). The bottom drawer is great but not as smooth as something custom-made either. But none if these is a detractor. For $35 this is an amazing deal, and I highly recommend it.

My gentleman friend likes nice watches and I've given him a couple over the years. Father's Day, I surprised him with this and he was ecstatic! After raving how attractive and well constructed it was, he kind of hinted that more watches were needed to fill it. I pointed out his several cuff bracelets and a few places for some rings. He has followed my suggestions and we are both pleased with how it looks atop his bureau. Thanks for such a nice piece of functional art!

Solid wood construction, see through top, plenty of space to accommodate larger watches. I have watches ranging in size from 40mm - 45mm. 44MM - 45mm are more snug depending on crown/crown guard (Panerai 44mm & Breitling Avenger 45mm). No assembly required - offers a nice functional way to display with extra lower storage plus added protection for an affordable price.

This is a basic watch box, and my star rating reflects what is. The wood is nice, but unfinished and rough (a microfiber cloth drags on the wood). The hardware is functional but the latch is easily bent. The inserts are simple and functional and made of what seems to be felt covered wood. It's a simple slotted interlock design. It will easily come out and the pieces are held together by friction. As a result, there are gaps in certain areas which means you can easily see how it's assembled and it's much more evident in person than visible in the photos.The lid insert is glass.It looks nice & works for my purposes of safe, cat and clumsy human resistant storage.If you want a display box, this is probably not the one for you as it will be difficult to dust and doesn't have the finished appearance most people want for that purpose. But, if you're handy you could final finish this out and it would look remarkable. I'm actually considering doing this.I'm happy with it.

Phenomenal value for the price. The box is sturdy (solid wood) and provides plenty of protection to your watches.I honestly don't understand some people. There was this one review of a guy displaying a watch collection worth at least $100k, and he was complaining about every little detail of how this $20 box was going to damage his watches, which I found ridiculous. It is pretty good value for the price point. I have expensive watches in mine and absolutely nothing has happened to them in the time I have with this box.Watches are to be wear and see them age with you, so normal wear is expected. Enjoy them.

This watch box is very well made and certainly serves the purpose for my watches. I really like the drawer at the bottom for my rings and other jewelry. The little pockets for the watches are velvet. Makes it very convenient having everything in one place. The only thing I’m not particularly happy about is the outside of the box is rough wood. I’m planning to give it a coat of clear lacquer. All in all very happy with the size and the fact that I can see my watches without opening the box. Great purchase!

I got this beautiful watch box for my husband. It perfectly holds all of his jewelry, watches, and cufflinks. It is great and totally worth it!
