A treatment gel that works. This cream will dry out and prevent zits from growing while being soft and gentle on sensitive, normal or greasy skin types. I have very sensitive greasy skin and after using other products my skin suffers and gets very dry in the affected area I applied other products. After using (Alba Botanica Acnedote Maximum Strength Invisible Treatment Gel, 0.5 oz.) I could not be happier. I would rate this a 5 out of 5 in all aspects. Effectiveness, speed, visually imperceptible and safe to use as it is not abrasive like other maximum strength creams..

I was nervous buying this, but just after five days it works really well. I have acne prone skin and just after a day I could tell a difference. I also love that it’s a vegan product, no need to test on animals for a human ailment. My skin usually gets little blemishes along my chin and around the forehead so this really brought those down in record time. If you have cystic acne, I think this would work well along with your regular skin regiment too. Everyone’s skin is different, but often lighter products are best and feel better on the skin. In addition, I also use a rose and vitamin e oil moisturizer and spray after applying because my face is really sensitive.

I’m not sure how the product box was properly sealed + packaged, without someone noticing that the product itself is missing. Yes it’s a small bottle, but it’s not that lightweight. Just a little silly mistake lol. | Other than that, this product is actually really good. I’ve been using it for the past 3+ years, this + the alba botánica pimple patches are top tier for acne. A little goes a long way. It has a slight sting to it when applying if you have any cuts/ripped skin from picking at your face, but the feeling subsides pretty quickly. I have sensitive + combination skin, this works wonder with consistent use.

I have adult cystic acne and white heads along my jaw and cheeks and a little on my forehead. It's deep, painful, looks terrible and has been very difficult to live with, especially as a 37 year old adult, however, I have never had great skin until now. I have countless products along, including prescription oral and topical (retin A, Axzone, antibiotics) with dietary changes with no consistent results and lots of side effects (female infections from antibiotics, dry irritated skin, etc.) I LOVE this spot treatment. I will say that I started using it along with the following changes to my skin care reginment and diet, so it is hard to quantify exactly what has nearly completely cleared my skin up, but I do feel strongly that this does a great job with spot treating. I have had a few minor breakouts (a single simple hear or there) and this GREATLY minimized it immediately and seemed to stunt it's further growth making the process nearly painless and those few pimples did not cause the scarring that previous breakouts would without this topical treatment. If I see so much as an irritated area or if I have extracted a whitehead, I sanitize the area and apply Alba spot treatment. It is always a huge improvement by end of day and I just keep applying until it is gone. I'm including my before and after pics along with the products I am currently using on my face. I do remove my makeup with a variety of different natural makeup wipes, but everything else is shown in the pics.I start my day with 40oz of filtered lemon water and try to drink at least another 40+ ounces a day. I eliminated all flour, sugar, and grain, and I do not eat any processed foods, dairy or meat. I eat a diet rich in fruits, veggies, seeds, coconuts, spiraling, chlorella, hemp powder, raw vegan protein powder, quinoa, & black rice. Unfortunately that did not clear my skin up along. I recently started fermenting veggies and taking more vitamins, minerals, and herbs. I wish I could go into more detail, but there's so much I have done and it would be 10 paragraphs. Does not dry out my skin and does clear up the breakouts. It helps with the redness as well. I was looking for something for my sensitive skin and this has been working well for me. No burning or irritation when applying it. Small container but you don’t use a lot at a time.

It’s an ok product and works fine. I have sensitive skin, and it did not bother me. However, it is much thinner than my usual brand. I think I’ll go back to what I usually buy.

Expensive!

This a great product for the price. After using it for about 4 days, the cystic acne on my chin and the red bumps on the side of my face slowly went away. The acne spot treatment doesn't clear your skin troublesaway instantly but it does speed up the maturation process of the pimple. When I do get cystic acne on my chin, they're ususally there for a week and a half. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my cystic acne went away and at how the small red bumps on my face didn't get any bigger after applying the acne treatment. You really don't need to apply a lot either. I have tried the Proactive acne treatment after hearing about it from my sister but it didn't help me much. I think that the Alba Botanica one is a better and more affordable option. It is true about what other people have said regarding the stinging sensation after applying the treatment. It did sting the first two nights I used it but I think my skin got used to it.
