Will this work with my dell optiplex 980 full tower case?

Will this work in replacing a stock 180w (5"x 5" 3"x 5" 6" approx) psu in my hp pavilion 570-p047c

Your Hp apparently uses the "small" size power supply as does my Hp 504n. This power supply is the "small" size, and will fit just fine. It measures approximately 6" X 4" X 3-1/4".

Is this a direct replacement for the original power supply? I bought another brand and it has a much larger case.

My computer also uses a power supply with the smaller case. I bought the RP-MPS3-420W power supply and It fit just fine, and has been working perfectly since I installed it last July. My original power supply was an ATX-1956D.
