Difficult for my 8 year old
We got this for my 8 year old daughter last Christmas. She lived the idea of it and worked on it with the help of her big brother, but didn't stick with it to finish building it. (Probably because it's a little harder to build than LEGO brand.) This would be great for an 8 year old who is very dedicated and persistent or a slightly older child. It would also be a good family project.

Impressed by this set
I didn’t know what to expect getting an “off brand” Lego, but my child was adamant they wanted THIS set. The instructions were not as user friendly as the name brand, but we managed well enough. The pieces fit together nicely and the set doesn’t fall apart easily. I am very happy with the purchase.
