So very disappointed on how this item arrived and how it was packaged....
I was so very much excited about ordering this item as visually it was stunning. And when it arrived I was so disappointed. It came with no packaging, no screws and a missing crystal which you can see in this picture where the hole is. It came in a box which had loads of empty space with just some brown paper.
