Very compact
I like the compactness of this scalpel. It came as described and is very sharp.

The ease of use when skinning wild game
Very easy to cut yourself if not careful. Very light weight and user friendly.

Hard to open.
This little knife is too tight/stiff to snap open with one hand. It opens about 2/3 of the way and you have to manually move it to the fully open position. I would not recommend. Definitely not easy to use.

It started off great but broke within a month
I put in on my keyring and it was handy and extremely sharp. However it fell apart within a month and I almost cut my finger on it.If you want a minimal use tool it would probably work, but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it, just being honest.

Good little knife
It's a solid lightweight knife. Since it has a scalpel blade it's super sharp and easy to replace the blade if it gets dull. While it is not spring assist, it almost opens like one. The only downside is that, while the liner somewhat holds the blade open, it doesn't have a solid locking mechanism, making it a little dicey if you're using it heavily.

Very sharp, but hard to open!
When opening this knife I had to push very hard on the lever to get it to open. Then suddenly it'd open very quickly, this felt unsafe to me, I prefer a smoother and more controlled opening mechanism. I have a lot of knives, probably too many, and none of them scarred me like this one. I returned this item, opting for another model of replaceable blade knife for EDC...
