Very helpful with quitting nicotine pouches.As far as a nootropic effect, I'm not so sure. But over the counter nootropics as a whole don't do much anyway. The caffeine works for sure and whatever else is in there seems to maybe have a slight calming effect, which together I think does a decent job of acting like a "diet nicotine." I haven't really been craving nicotine while using these, just the act of putting in a pouch like this that has some kind of focusing effect has been a great replacement so far. Eventually hope to get off these too, quitting caffeine seems even more difficult. But that's a bridge to cross later.It's not a super bright mango flavor like some are used to (like the Rogue kind), it's more of a mellow savory mango/peach flavor. It's not my favorite but it's far from awful imo.Definitely recommend for helping quit nicotine. If you're looking for a nootropic on its own I would not recommend but I don't think that's the purpose of this really.

Works good, great taste

The taste is pretty good. Although there's times where you get a chemical taste, that's just when the flavor kinda ends. But it kicks in easily and quick. And it's not a jittery energy. It wakes you up and you're ready to preform.

I’m popping 3 of these things at a time and I do not feel any energy at all. I will say that the mango flavor taste great and the pouches are a good size but still no effects from the actual product.

These have been the only product to help my husband quit chewing he really enjoys the flavor and says they take the edge off when he's having a craving this is a excellent product both my husband and I are very impressed with.

Can this replace your Zyn cravings? Yes.Is mango the flavor to get? No. It’s not a very rich flavor, very vague.
