With so many things on the market these days claiming they can lower cholesterol, it was hard to find the right one that works. I bought Kyolic after reading the reviews and haven't been disappointed. With cholesterol numbers slightly elevated, I added this to my daily regiment and my numbers lowered enough where not only did I get a sigh of relief, but my physician was also pleased. They are worth the money
Hi I was reading the reviews and decided to buy them my cholesterol is 223 I'm not taking the statins at all I'm afraid of the side effects I will come back to let you all know how it works for me

Raises good cholesterol
Works great. My good cholesterol was low I added one of these a day, and half an avocado a day, and my hdl (good) cholesterol went up 12 points in 3 months. Beats the heck out of taking a statin. 39yo male. Labs don’t lie.
