Great for a sprained ankle. Adds support and the compression keeps swelling out. Comfortable for all day wear when a brace is no longer needed, but you're not good to go yet.

I am dealing with tendonitis in my foot and ankle. Ordered these to help with the throbbing pain. Has worked very well, just don't wear them longer than about 8-9 hours. I also don't wear them to sleep at night and have had much less foot pain during the night after wearing them most of the day. Also like the way they fit and grip the heel. Have not had any problem with it sliding off.

When I first got these to help with my chronic Achilles tendonitis, they were way too loose on my ankles when worn normally. However, if worn upside down, they fit fairly well and are nice and tight on the ankles - I now keep these with me whenever I'm going to run or work out and am absolutely loyal. If I run wearing these, I have no pain and my tendonitis doesn't flare up - it feels like a miracle after years of dealing with it! I almost refuse to run anymore if I don't have them.

Idk what is up with my feet, but these make them feel so much better. I wear them during the day while sitting at my desk, while walking. I take them off to sleep. My feet feel less sore more often now, which I love. Despite accurately measuring though, these still leave quite considerable marks on my feet (see pics)

as can be seen in the picture, the bottom edge of the sock is severely curled; happened to both socks within 3-4 monthsthe curl causes a nagging irritation like having a twig in yer shoe….unacceptably short lifespan, in my mindi wash these in cold water and line dry them, so not a result of heat and agitationthey do provide excellent support and help my tendonitis, but the cost and short lifespan is unattractiveas a comparison i have 3 separate brands of compression socks, all of which provide excellent support, and these were the *only* socks that failed quickly; the two other brands have lasted 2-3x longer so far with no curling or degradation so fari will not buy these again

I am still recovering from a slightly sprained ankle and plantar fasciitis- when I am not wearing my sneakers but am wearing shoes I wear this brace for extra support. It works great. Be sure to measure as described in the product information as you don't want the ankle to be too tight. I used both my ankle size and shoe size - fit perfect. I got it in beige and it barely shoes in my shoe under pants.

I sprained my ankle and needed some support/compression that was easy to wear regularly. I was between sizes, and per the seller’s instructions I ordered up. Got the socks and put one on… and it wasn’t quite tight enough. It was tight, as they are compression socks, but I was hoping for more support. I emailed the seller (they included a little card to reach out with questions). Their customer support was amazing… quick response and detailed information. I ended up ordering the smaller size to compare.The smaller size was much tighter, and a little shorter. This ended up being great for longer times on my feet (walking, grocery shopping, working out, etc). The shorter sock fit really well with the flip flops I usually wear. The larger sock is good for general wear around the house (I work from home), and quick errands. If you’re between sizes, I’d recommend smaller if you’re looking for great compression, you walk or stand a lot, or if you’ll be wearing shoes often. The larger sock will be lighter compression, but still good, and an easier wear when sitting, and very light walking.By the way, the pink is gorgeous. A true hot pink. I hand wash nightly and they wash very well. Dry overnight.These are my measurements so you have something to compare: 22cm arch (least important to me), 23.5cm ankle (most important due to desire to compress ankle swelling), Usually wear a wide width shoe Size 38 (between a size 7 and 8 in US sizes).

Helped with sore foot pain after long days on my feet in the warehouse. Little snug but I suppose that’s the point lol

The media could not be loaded. Been wearing it for 2 days and the heel is hurting a little less when I walk.Could be the Band-Aid effect feeling like I'm doing something productive so it's helping.It's not too tight it's not too loose just a little loose around the ankle. I could wear it underneath my socks.So far I'm satisfied with the product.***UPDATE It really does work well for planter fasciitis as long as you keep it on. I feel about zero pain when I'm wearing it just took them off to put them in the wash and I can't wait till they come out.
