I got this DDM back in May, it was not used or open until last week. My reading were off so I send it to for calibration (yes I play more for calibration than for the product) but they told me that it should not be that off about 15%. They even told me that at most any DDM should not be more than 5%. I am sure that I cannot get an exchange by now, so I decided to make a review and let other people know.
