Best Ever buds for Music
I'm writing this review after the use of 3 months and honestly for calling purpose these buds are ok but if you're a music lover and looking perfect buds to have a perfect balanced sound then I would these are the buds with in 5k budget that you should go for.Deep baas, and ANC are the pros for which you'll get a beautiful experience while listening different types music or watching movies as well.Charging time within 2 hours and it goes upto 40+ hours happily on ANC.

Charging problem for the buds and doesn't shutdown even inside the case.
Worst product from JBL. I have used many of their products and this one disappoints.1) Earbuds intermittently don't shut down at all. Stays up even though its inside the case.2) Right bud sometimes sieges to charge and works fine after few days.These fraud companies have been asking for service center replacement which is few KM away. Why not replace from the seller? Sometimes visiting service center waiting there for a day costs 6-8x of the salary lost because of leave. Its a scam. Why do you sell products without proper quality check. I am struggling. Due to time issue, couldn't visit service center for replacement within 7 days and now stuck with a faulty device for ever.

Please don't waste your money on this product
I hope you will avoid buying this just by reading the headline. But in case you want to know more, here goes...I don't know if the so called product designers ever do a usability test.1. Shape of the earbuds. Whoever came up with this design, needs to be fired. Its a tedious task to even remove the earbuds from the charging case.2. Connectivity. Highly unreliable. Sometimes connects to my device like a charm. Sometimes, even after connecting the earbuds to my device, when I place a call, the sound comes from my device speaker and not the earbuds. I have to go to the bluetooth settings, disconnect the earbuds (even though it says the earbuds are connected), and reconnect. Every time it happens, I let out a silent curse, at times violently.3. Fit. Horrible. The earbuds just drop by themselves (yeah, yeah, I tried out all the different tips that were provided) even when I move in my chair. So, any of you who wishes to go for a brisk walk wearing these earbuds (forget about a jog) can abandon such thoughts.4. Erratic behaviour. Sometimes, when the earbuds connect, they do so in "Ambient Aware" mode. Waste of time to launch the app, and change to ANC (Noise Cancelling) mode (which is my preferred option).I was gifted a previous model 230NC which was somewhat better, but in exactly 1 year, those earbuds died on me. Before dying, they had all kinds of issues - announce connected, but not; fully charged 100% and within 1 minute of use, would drop to 30% and disconnect; when put to charge would take forever to charge. Planned Obsolescence.I have no idea why I bought these earbuds. Like they say in Hindi, Mati Maari Gayi Thi.

Waste of money and pathetic customer support by Amazon and JBl
Pathetic product. Left bud not working. Anyone buying this please google left bud not working and you will know. On top of that Amazon says replacement but does not allow for that. Customer support will ask you to contact JBL and that guy will ask you to bring it to sevice centre. Great customer support by Amazon and JBL. Guess I will never get my money back.
