These have a kung fu grip on my head. I'm not sure why one would need the lanyard.The delineation of the magnified area creates a fairly large unfocused area but the benefits of the auto tint plus bifocals is pretty great and feel fairly natural when using for near and far tasks. Peripheral vision is decent with a little distortion, however, I didn't expect the best optics for the price.The huge size (goofy looking) will relegate these to safety glass world and not my burgeoning runway modeling career.Granted, I have a fairly narrow face and close together eyes. Like, binoculars pushed all the way together width. TMI. Just trying to help, folks.

These glasses are helpful if readers are needed and the darkening function allows indoor and outdoor use without keeping a second pair. My order didn't have the lanyard but had a cleaning cloth.

The glasses are clear and bright. The magnification is good and clear. The lenses get much darker than expected. They get smudged really quickly. I would buy again.

I have tried many different designs and this one is by far my favorite. I have always worn glass' until I had cataracts removed from both eyes. Afterwards I regained my basic vision with the exception of close up reading. I need readers for this. I teach a class and found it difficult to transform from reading to addressing the class. These glasses have been a God send. I am so thankful that I ordered them.

The first thing I noticed is the poor lens quality. I paid way too much for glasses that blur my regular vision. The bifocal or reading part of the lenses seems okay but I can get way better results from a cheap $8 pair of bifocal safety glasses. I like the frames and lanyard. I gave a three star review because I use them for reading 2% of the time but need safety glasses that doesn’t affect my vision the other 98%.

I use these in my job as a Paramedic.

Thy are now my daily ware.

The glasses are good for looking indoors but for sun they say polarized but in fact they barely Tint at all..
