This is the book I wish I had when I was raising my family! Lauren does a fabulous job of empowering parents with simple tools to support resiliency and enhance vitality. The wellness and healing information make sense and are easy to follow. The tools are practical for a wide range of home care situations and adaptable to different stages of life. I especially appreciate Lauren's clear explanation of the basics needed to stay well in today's world. This book helps families get back on track and teaches us how to maintain a strong foundation.

Wow, what a great resource for every parent! This book clearly explains the relationship between illness (and subsequently immunity) and the status of elimination in the body. With clear examples, and recommendations and guidance to implement a mostly plant-based diet along with incorporating a few gemmos to open elimination, this book is a gem. Some acutes that babies and children often experience are also explained along with recommendations for certain gemmo(s) that can be used. The basic concepts apply to older children and adults, too. Highly recommend it!

The book is very useful both for parents and for pediatricians. I found very useful the cases that are presented in each chapter. Very interesting book. Very easy to understand the main idea, that of suppporting the natural eliminations of the body.

Love it! This is an easy to use guide for parents who want to care for their children in a more natural way. The concepts are simple and effective.The illustrations and explanations are understandable and thorough. I have used gemmotherapy for years to help myself heal and have used this book as a resource for children all around me. Some of the most basic issues that parents face today with their newborns and older children are addressed... From helping them to poop easily to helping build their immune systems to prevent ear infections... I think this book is an important resource for any parent facing the challenge of raising their children in this challenging enviromentThis is going to be my new "go to" gift for baby showers!

This is a clear and accessible book for parents to read and apply its principles. It provides an "I can do this" boost to the challenges of parenting and navigating illness. Parents are starting to wake up to the fact that 'managed healthcare' isn't really capable of managing the root cause; it's up to us to care for our children, and we each need to gather some tools and trust our instincts instead of looking towards an authority to 'fix' anything. Gemmotherapy is a great tool and Lauren has made it accessible to everyone!

I love this book and gemmotherapy. I can use this with my kids and grandchildren too . Lauren does a great job making everything clear. She is very thorough but not overwhelming. I am so glad I have this book. Thank you Lauren!
