A very informative book about the history of our planets lifeform.Not everyone will like it though.Spotlight is given to lots of non mainstream animals, which is awesome

This has been such a fun and invigorating read! Imagining all these landscapes and creatures and the immense scale of them, the immense stretch of time that stretches between us and all of these absurd and fascinating stages of evolution on our planet. It makes you feel so small but so so full of wonder. It's truly unlike anything I've ever read, makes me feel a lot like a kid discovering dinosaurs for the first time - except now my pantheon of prehistoric creatures is a thousand times larger and in full technicolor, thanks to Thomas!
