No Support For Pelvic Floor, Bad Design
It puts no support or pressure at pelvic floor, it is floppy and lose and droops in the crotch with no contact to femal anatomy . This photo of a Large size, shows how its crushing my hips, ( I am actually a Medium in pants sizes) fit too tight as if a Small. The folded padding in crotch is not designed to be snug or comfortable for a female body, The photo actually show how it sags where it need to be snug. Its a horrible bad design, and only holds the hips tight, so it shoud be marketed as a hip support only , It offers no support, its irratating to skin because of folded layers in crotch , it crushes hips, and falls droppy, the opposite of support . click on photo of the crotch, and see werid fabric construction

Supportive but…
I got this for hip pain.. it does hold everything together but wonder if it would be an issue for people that have bladder issues. Takes about an hour to get used to it for it felt like had a wedgie the first time wearing.. You will want to take the time to measure your size because you want it tight.. made the mistake of ordering too big the first time. One thing kinda annoying it does stretch enough to get over my stomach even though it’s supposed to be high wasted it flips underneath my stomach.. if you have wash board abs you should be fine.. not a huge deal breaker. It’s still supportive…

It works!
Bought for my mom, she said it's the most comfortable she's been in a long time, has a prolapse bladder, able to sit and stand up with ease, she was a little upset at me for spending that amount of money, but now says it was totally worth it! I'm pretty sure I'll purchase another one for her soon.

Terrible!!!!
Not high waisted at all!! The crotch doesn't even cover that area so it's completely ineffective. The tummy comes so low there's no support at all. This is not a good product. It's overpriced elastic that isn't even made to fit a women's body.

Makes walking painful
I am 65 years old, fit, have a 30 inch waist, and have uterine prolapse. Using the provided size chart, I ordered a high-waist size small. The belt relieved the pelvic pressure from uterine prolapse but was so constrictive I couldn’t wear it all day. And I am not a whiner. It grew a little more comfortable after a couple days of wear. But after a month of use, I find that the support belt now makes it difficult to have a normal walking stride without pain. I do not recommend the belt, at least using the sizing chart provided. As it is not returnable, I don’t want to take a chance on ordering a larger size. If you are determined to try this product, I advise that you order at least one size up.

Night mare
This product is horrible when it finally arrived it was nothing like the picture other than the fact that the color. It was not wideband it was low band I ordered wide band. And if you look at the photo it shows that there are only two bands for your back end and go between your legs and attaches to the front. They sent me one that had four bands and they were so stretched out it was crazy it did not fit it was uncomfortable it was Itchy and Scratchy I sent it back.
