OXO always has great quality products. I can buy a dozen eggs before using up all of the other eggs. Hate to be without eggs. Before I had to find another container to put the extra eggs. So glad that I bought this. OXO never fails.

I had a very old fridge egg holder. This one beats that one by a mile. First it has a cover. My loaf of bread fits on there perfectly. Second the inside section where the eggs sit is removable and washable. If an egg breaks, it is easy to clean. It holds more than 18 eggs so when you have a few left over and you are adding a carton of eggs it works out great. I love it. I may seem like a simple thing but it works so efficiently for my fridge and family. Great design.

Man, where was this thing when I had a house full of kids and we kept the eggs in the carton and I’d have to rummage out the carton to see how many eggs I had, and many times had to be frustrated because somebody put something on top of the egg carton and crack-a-roonied all the tops.This box is sturdy, holds a good amount of eggs, one can stack stuff on top of it without worrying about damage, and the best part is you can see exactly how low you’re getting on eggs before things go into crunch mode.Oxo has been on my radar for other kitchen containers, and they’re all quality items that last.

I've been getting eggs from a local farmer recently, and they're so good that I've been using more eggs than I used to! But the cartons take up a lot of room in the fridge, so I went looking for a better option. What I like about the OXO Good Grips egg holder is that the egg tray holds the eggs securely - no rolling around; it holds a variety of sizes of eggs; it holds more than many of the other egg holders - 20 instead of 18; if I have 2 dozen or more eggs, I can fit the extras between the eggs in the little cups (you can't put the lid on then, but it fits nicely under the tray); the egg holder is a separate piece, making it easy to remove and clean; and if I need room for a LOT of eggs, I can remove the egg holder and put them directly in the tray, which still takes up less room than two egg cartons.

Very solid container, no more getting surprised by opening cardboard to find one egg left. It would have been a plus maybe to have a slide-out rack (you have to open it from the top). One extra use I thought of is you could remove the egg tray and have a really good-sized container for marinading meats overnight, then dishwash it and go back to holding eggs. You pay more for Oxo but the quality shows.

Bought this for our house and loved the fact that you can store extra goodies on top of the lid - a really great space saver for fridges that are always overflowing! Loved it so much that we bought a second one!
