3rd bottle . And omg i been flat and not working out as much..work out maybe 1 or twice a week but i do some butt workouts... I do take this daily I dry scoop it in the morning before work.. and honestly I can see a difference does not taste bad.price is a bit high but worth it. Size of bottle is good.. the new bottle is a great motivation.. wearing the same pants to see the difference left on my 1st bottle and rigth on my 3rd bottle. And I obviously don't have much dieting or exercise experience.

I am on my second tub of this creatine. It boosts my workouts and I feel like it is helping me get the results I’m looking for. However, I hate the packaging so bad. Not only is it ugly, it’s so hard to get the scooper out. I will be transferring it to another jar but overall the product does what it’s suppose to!

It doesn’t have a taste at all which I love. It’s great to put in smoothies although you can put it in water or other drinks. Doesn’t give me an upset stomach or anything. It has a weird scent but it’s strong and it dissolves pretty good. It was a little crunchy when I put it in my boost drink but it was easy to drink and didn’t bother me usually stuff like that bothers me because I have a texture problem with my food. The container is cute to display. The amount of powder they give you isn’t bad because you only need to use one scoop and the scoop it comes with is really small.

I was happy to buy this cause you can totally mix it with anything and it doesn't change the flavor or color of any of my drinks but, sadly, it just doesn't really work for me energy wise. It made me feel tired before my workouts (instructions said to take it before and after your workouts; and in the morning before your first meal on your rest days)I would have to chug an energy drink to be able to move forward with my workout.But it dissolves easily and I usually have stomach problems and this did not cause anything of the sorts. So, for whoever it works, it's good!

Ok yall im really shy so don’t wanna share photos but after a month of using this I have noticed a more perkier butt and my body is more lean. I haven’t lost any centimeters or weight. (I’m not really wanting to lose weight) but I have noticed a more toned body if that makes sense. I weight lift 5 days a week and do cardio 3x a week. 3 days glutes and legs 2 days arms and abs. I really really believe this powder helped me. Because before I was doing the same thing but was taking long to see results. After taking side by side photos I have noticed a huge difference.
