Listen...I know I’m a Festool Freak who absolutely loves anything Festool...but this here Lever Clamp, which I think is even originally designed and made by Bessey, is ....the 💣!!!!Yes, it’s a whole lotta dough to fork out for a measly single clamp , but once you use this... I tell ya , u won’t wanna go back to standard twist for half an hour to tighten clamps,AND you’ll be orderin another few of these and forgetting about how much money is left in that savings account😜🤦🏽‍♀️...Seriously these dudes are worth their weight in gold,and then some...They work in a lot of tight and narrow areas that regular clamps just don’t fit in(including Festool Tracks and many other Tracks by other companies)they’re small and compact, they are very ruggedly designed for real tough every day use, they look suuuuper cool, and best of all, they are literally a snap to use.You pull em back ,set the bottom hard alloy part under the object to be clamped, lower the top part to the object, then tighten by pushing the lever towards the rod thing...wham you’re clamped and good to go!!The green lil button releases, and they are strong enough to hold many things with just a single clamp instead of the usual minimal two....excellent!!! Thank you Festool and Bessey for this green/red stroke of pure clamping genius!!!!!🙏🏼👌🏿👍🏿❤️🌕🐚✨❄️😘❤️🌹

These clamps are quite simply fantastic! I reach for them all the time to hold things down on my MFT table as they are just so easy to use. They are incredibly well made and I find it very easy to get the right clamping force. I know they are pricey, but for the way they perform and their robust construction, I would absolutely recommend them.

Yes, yes - I know: "You're only paying for the name" "Chinese copies are the same but cheaper"I had some of the copies and they quickly broke. So sprang for these.I'm using them both as rail clamps and as clamps for my (DIY) MFT table thing. Unlike the Makita rail clamps I've also got, these fit through the 20mm holes in the table easily; the extra length of the Makita clamps prevents that. The ratchet action on these a) makes life faster and b) means there's no chance of things rotating as you tighten the clamp, which is a nuisance on the screw versions.They're doing sterling work on the projects I've got running, and I couldn't be happier with them. Well, except the cost, perhaps :)

These clamps are expensive by any measure but are good quality and will last.

This Festool ratchet clamp is excellent and I have considered buying one for a long time. Having used the screw type clamps for a long time this type took a few minutes to appreciate how to use it. Now it’s the best thing since sliced bread!I took the plunge to purchase a pair of these clamps because of Amazon’s Black Friday promotion and have not regretted it. The Bessey version of this clamp is identical and is a cheaper purchase but probably just as good.

So I originally got a Bessey clamp like this when it was on offer (about 30 quid). I liked it so when the festool one came on offer (also about 30 quid) I decided to pick one up. The festool one is identical to the Bessey, except for a slightly different shaped release button and the colour. They even have the same casting markings. If I was in need of another I’d get which ever is cheaper - and that will usually be the Bessey one. But this type of clamp is really useful if you use a track saw or MFT-style bench with dog holes.

As with all Festool products, this clamp is a bit pricey. However, in operation it performs excellently as expected from Festool. When applied, the ratchet locks crisply into place, and the workpiece is held securely. Squeezing the clamp while pushing the green trigger style button, enables the clamping force to be gradually removed, with zero marks left on the workpiece.I now have a number of these, and I highly recommend them for anyone owning a Festool Multi Function Table.

I now have 3 of these (thank you Santa for one of them). I don't have MFT work table but these work just as well on my Axminster workbench for a number of tasks. My bench top is too thick for them to drop into the dog holes but they have been more than useful around the sides and other clamping projects.

Hemmed & hawed a lot over this - do I really want to sink so much money in to a clamp. Happy I did it - this thing REALLY applies clamping force. It's like anything else Festool makes - it's extremely good, and extremely expensive. You can always find something 80% as good for 40% less, but I don't regret buying this. You clamp something with this thing, and it ain't moving.

Was soll man dazu gross sagen, Festool ist zwar nicht die günstigste Marke aber man erhält dafür echt gute Qualität. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an, kein billiger Kunststoff, liegt gut in der Hand und die Bedienung ist auch einwandfrei.Wer also vernünftige Zwingen haben will sollte sich diese nehmen.Wenn man sie schon mal getestet hat will man auch keine anderen mehr.

Le prix des produits Festool est très élevé. mais la qualité est au RV c'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec ces types de serre joint. j'adore!
