This product seems to work very well. I have just started on the second container and my dog's scratching and itching has decreased significantly. She eats it like a treat so there's no struggle to get her to take it. I'm not sure about the long term effect and that's the reason for the 4 stars. My dog is a rescue and had extremely bad allergies when I got her. This has helped her greatly.

We just got these today. I gave my dog the first chew 4 hours ago. His scratching has kicked into OVERDRIVE since! He seems “panicked”. And is “booty scootin” constantly. WAY WAY more than before he ate the chew. I hope this doesn’t intensify or I wasted money and made my baby even more miserable. (Three Stars because I still have a lil hope)Update: Finn has been taking these for a month (so that’s half of the container) There has been no difference in his scratching, biting, nor MISERY. Shouldn’t we be able to see some changes by now? I will continue to give them to him until they’re gone. I’m probably stupid for still holding on to hope.Second Update: We are now at the end of two month trial. Only a few chews left. I have to say I have noticed “less” of everything Finn was doing. So I’m guessing it does take a bit of time for these to get established in their system. Makes perfect sense.I will also say I appreciate that it’s a two month supply for the price!Thank you for that.

We got these for our 3+ year old Cavalier. She had been itchy for about 6-months, I mean, REALLY ITCHY. We took her to the vet, twice for this issue. She had been prescribed Apoquel, she was given a skin relief "moussé" - yeah, that fun to apply twice a day on a long hair Cav. She was still itching.When I say itchy, I mean constantly. I mean, we weren't sleeping because of the all night searching. She was getting little scabs on the worst spots. All day, all night. We were really concerned.The vet didn't help, the Apoquel wasn't working. Hearing the whining and the scratching all night was affecting our sleep.We had other skin calming treats from the vet too, not only did we have to force her to eat those, they weren't working either.We tried these, not on recommendation but more to try something else and job done!! Thank you so much!!Now, she's not a big fan of the taste with these, she won't beg for them by any means, but she gets her "treat" after one of these in the morning and evening. She's ok with that.But now, she's a dog, she scratches here and there, we all do...but the scabs are gone, the constant scratching is over. These work for her and we're a regular user of these going forward!It's been over a month staying strong, the itch relief seemed to begin to set in after just a day or 2.

I get these supplements every spring and summer for my dog who suffers from pretty bad allergies. This is not the only supplement she is on during this time but the combination including this one seems to help her get through these seasons without destroying her skin.I put it in her food and she seems to eat it just fine! I will continue to buy these as long as they don’t change the formula!

So far I’m noticing my dogs allergies improving. She loves the taste for sure. She was having eye irritation issues and she’s got significantly less eye discharge since starting these about a month ago.
