Very good for the price. I am happy with it. Only issue is I bought xl because I got fat. I will have to buy another one in a few months. I guess that’s a good thing.

Comfortable support belt but not for Heavy trading
This belt is comfortable and gives some support but wouldn’t use it for heavy weight training, it doesn’t seem to be built well enough for that . It relies on Velcro for the belt tightness . But for light too moderateTraining it seems fine .

Just what I was looking for
Works as advertised. I used it at the game for 2 weeks and I can already start seeing the difference.I will be beach body ready next summer lol. On a side note I no longer have back pain after a hard workout. (Which is a plus in my book)

Lift your current maximum
I was able to Dead lift with it to my current maximum weight load after an outage in my back. The rigidness of the front piece pinched my left leg but it is probably because it is new.
