Excellent value, much cheaper than buying direct.

Installed easily and emailed to other computers and installed just as easily.The one issue I have is that I can not aee the other computers covered even though I know hey are. I used to be able to see the subscriptions in use.Sensible price so all good

I have had Mcafee security for many years. Does everything it promises and does not take up half as much memory as some of the more expensive ones.

Annual renewal

The product was fine

Quick delivery, followed instructions and went straight to site followed more easy/simple instructions and then came the shock to complete installation you need to subscribe (accept renewal). I did. Then went straight to my account and tried to unsubscribe for about 20 minutes then I went straight to my money account and stopped it from there. Then all of a sudden I get a link appear on my page offering to do what i just did (unsubscribe). I checked out my software and did a scan to see if I had been compromised anywhere in my pc or through my accounts and voila I had so I checked out the info provided but something was wrong with the info I was given and i figured they were just trying to scare me. they did a jolyy good job coz I thought I had been scammed or hacked for real cos recently i have been getting calls saying my money was gone and to call this number blah blah. I just hang up, but who knows? Anyhow that is the down side of buying this product, the upside is that I feel much safer for having it.

So much cheaper that buying directly from McAfee

McAfee have completely ruined this updated product. Safe Browsing doesn't work; there is a tech issue that McAfee told me they are aware of that signs you out of your account, it hasn't been fixed in three months, it's ongoing, it also has VPN leaks, I've had one security breach called an MOAB - this did not happen under the old McAfee. This is not Total Protection you have to download the linear updated McAfee version. I have spent 10s of hours on the phone with McAfee trying to resolve the issues with this linear updated version since last April and even longer trying to resolve the issues myself. Tech support is appallingly bad, when they can't resolve the issues they simply don't call back. This is tantamount to having no protection at all and paying for the privilege. I had been with McAfee for 10 years and would have sworn by them, I don't know what they have done but they have ruined a once-great product. I am desperately looking for another anti-virus service. Avoid, avoid, avoid this for the sake of your security and sanity.
