Great size for an individual pie
Having become obsessed with individual sized desserts, I was eager to get this pan and try it out. I think the pan performed wonderfully. The crusts (baked unfilled) cooked evenly and popped right out after they cooled. The only complaint - and it's pretty minor, really - is that after you have the first crust fitted in, there isn't much space between the cavities to lay the second crust down on the top of the pan to start fitting it into the cavity.I do have these tips to offer: after you cut the crusts (I used a 6 inch cookie cutter that was just a little bit too big) layer them with waxed paper or parchment between them and chill them. Caveat: too much chilling and they will break as you try to fit them into the cavity; too little chilling and they just flop around. So, experiment with how long it takes to get the crust just right for you. And after all six are fitted in the pan, chill them again before baking. Just 10 or 15 minutes is enough time. I found I could fit two in at a time before the dough got too soft (of course my kitchen may have been warmer than yours - that's a factor, too) and I had to refrigerate the dough and the pan for a few minutes before proceeding. All in all, though, I love this pan. Have more dough chilling even as I type.

Perfect Evenly Baking
I enjoyed this pan, originally as a gift from my daughter-in-law and loved it so much I bought a second one. I regularly make my own gluten free biscuits and they evenly cook all the way through. I’ve also made mini cheesecakes due to the wide cups in the pan. The pan is so easy to clean, practically wiping it clean with a soapy cloth and rinse.

Please don’t waste your time, ingredients or money
How soon can I find the trash? Which is where this is going. Another failed “non stick” coating. I used this particular pan only a few times, and in short order you can see the results. Those were a variation of cloud breads. I had already switched brands to a fabulous pan which has worked beautifully without greasing (USA Pan), but was one pan short on a double batch of my breads. I decided to use one of my Wilton pans, and loaded it with grease (since I was worried about the coating) ... check the photo for the results. Most of the bread bottoms are still in the pan wells. I switched to Wilton after numerous Chicago Metallic failures.... not much better with the Wilton pans. Don’t waste your money on these, particularly in light of what appears to be a much higher price than I paid for mine. Not worth it. (By the way: never been in the dishwasher, only washed with mild soap and soft sponges, and never above 300 degrees of oven heat.)

Review of wilton nostick mini pie pan
Product worked perfectly. I've used it once already and am looking forward to using it again soon. I don't know it it is necessary, but I used a cooking spray before use and the pies just popped right out after baking. I made 3 chicken pies and 3 apple pies at the same time so I had a meal and desert for 3 servings. This product would be good for a single person or small family where everyone wants something different.

Too shallow for Pot Pies: 1" deep, not 1.8"
This pan is only 1" deep -- way too shallow for a two crust pie, especially a pot pie. I was disappointed, but not too surprised. The product description SAYS 1.8", but the photo looks just like what I received. I have requested a replacement with a product matching the description, and I will post a correction if a nice, deep, mini pie tray arrives. Meanwhile, my quest for a pan suitable for making single- serving pot pies continues.

All Wilton products are good quality! I have only used it once since ...
All Wilton products are good quality! I have only used it once since purchasing the pan and it met my expectations. It takes longer and is more work to make individual crusts but it is worth the effort. I am single and it works best for the reason I purchased the pan. Can't go wrong with Wilton.

Harder than I thought.
The pan's great if you're really co-ordinated and/or experienced. But I had a hard time with the crust and the result was not pretty. Tasty as hell, but NOT pretty. In hindsight, the mini individual pans would have been a more practical experiment for a novice baker like me (or even better that I stick to full size). I was also a little disappointed with the shallowness (my mini apples were seemingly all crust). I'm pleased that I bought it though. Cleans up fabulously, genuinely non-stick, and I've put my mind to creating ways to repurpose it.
