I've always had problems with bloating but after 3 days of taking these, my problem has gone. Completely! I've tried different brands and types but for me Acidophilus Plus 4 billion works just fine. After a month I've noticed that I've even lost a few kilos which is great. Thank you so so much :)

I started taking these last year over a 2 month period for indigestion. Without taking any over the counter medication, I would eat activia yogurts as they contain probiotics, so I thought I would try the tablets as was was a bit fed up of eating yogarts every other day.Overall my acid was reduced and I noticed I was feeling more healthy overall.These tablets are good for the price as you tend to pay a lot more more for the 10, 20 or 50 billion tablets.I'm giving it 4/5 stars as they did work but I think I will get better results with the higher probiotic products.These are a good starting point though if you want to try and increase your body's good bactiria.

Helps protect the tummy.
Took this for 2 weeks before I went on holiday and then for the whole 16 days we were in Egypt and it made a huge difference . My usually delicate stomach was only slightly upset for the 1st couple of days and then settled really well. Will definitely use it again when I travel in September.

They come in smooth capsules instead of the horrible chalky tablets which is always an added bonus
Really helps with my sensitive stomach, I always notice a difference when I stop taking them. They come in smooth capsules instead of the horrible chalky tablets which is always an added bonus, most of the time I can take them without water. I store mine in the fridge rather than a cupboard.

work amazing
I have been using probiotics for the last 3 years and tried different brands. Those one work amazing, even though it's only 4 million, work better than 20 million one from Holland and Barrett.
