I needed to try somthing for a big bruise on my leg and I am going on holiday soon so a friend recommended this and does work .After 3 days of use I can hardly see the bruise now .The quality is really good and rubs right in so there is no stickiness .Just add a small amount to the area and rub it in so it’s very easy to use .I think the effectiveness is really good . I have just stored mine in the medication cabinet for next time I need it

Amazing for Bruises
I’ve been using Arnicare cream and it really works wonders on bruises. I noticed the swelling and discoloration start to fade much quicker than usual, and it also helps soothe any soreness in the area. The cream absorbs nicely without leaving a sticky feeling, and a little goes a long way. I’m really impressed with how fast it makes bruises look and feel better—definitely a must-have in my cupboard!

Reduced pain and discolouration quickly
I searched Amazon to find treatment for a very serious bruise on a foot. I read all the positive reviews for this cream. It started to work from the first application. It reduced the blood discolouration and helped the pain. Definitely recommend to give it a try.
