VOVO STYLEMENT VB-6000SE Electronic Bidet, Elongated, Made in Korea, UV LED Sterilization, Power Save, Self Cleaning Full Stainless Nozzle, Heated Seat, Warm Dry and Water - White

After many google searches, reviews and YouTube videos, we purchased two TCB-090SA bidets and are extremely happy with our purchase, as the bidet is exactly as advertised! The heated seat, the auto open/close lid, the dual flush, the auto flush, the warm air dryer, the deodorizer, the UV sterilizer... It has ALL the bells and whistles and at a better price point than ALL the competition. Truthfully, we initially experienced issues with both bidets. The one seat was leaking and the other would not heat the water. Both issues were resolved in less than a few days thanks to the great customer service from Ella! A new seat was delivered in less than a week and Ella FaceTimed me to troubleshoot the water heater which was fixed within a few minutes by removing the seat lid and resetting the heater. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. Thank you Ella! I highly recommend this product.

SI es facil de instalar, siempre y cuando tengas un contacto cerca de la taza, si no pues hay que llamar al electricista para que te instale uno y poder contectar el VOVO.Lo único que no pensé al comprar el artículo y que no es ninguna falla con el BIDET, es que realmente no están pensados para ser usados en lugares con agua muy dura con mucho sarro, lo cual es mi caso, y se me han tapado los orificios de salida. Pero en si su funcionamiento es excelente.

This bidet was incredibly easy to install. Just be aware that you may need a 3 way T connector with a 3/8" female. 3/8" male and 1/2" male connections. I ordered 2 from Amazon and both leaked. I contacted VOVO USA and a wonderful person named Megan assisted me and sent me the part at no charge. The bidet has all the features that I need and works flawlessly every single time. This is an excellent product that I would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing a bidet. The heated seat has been amazing during the cold weather. The adjustable nozzle is a fantastic feature as well as being able to control the flow and temperature of the water. The dryer does a thorough job. I could not be happier with this purchase. Its been worth every penny.

Amended review: Vovo has been responsive to my complaints. After a couple of face-time tweaking sessions the toilet’s function is improved. It generally flushes as expected now. These are apparently not tweaks you can do without service assistance as they involve changing the the pre-set electronic time/flush parameters. But the fix was quick and easy as Kevin talked me through the changes. The toilet still has some quirks: the heated seat stops working from time to time for no apparent reason. You may think you don’t need a heated seat but you are WRONG!!! Also the bidet function warm water disappears from time to time. It seems to come back on its own. Not sure why. That’s always a shocker!VOVO’s customer service has been excellent. Overall I am pleased, as the toilet now pretty much works as advertised. And I can assure you this is the most comfortable toilet to sit on I have ever used. My wife even loves it and she hates everything.OLD REVIEW:Do not buy. This is an addendum to review below. Vovo’s solution to my issue with this toilet was to unplug it for a few minutes. That did nothing. Their next idea is to send a valve with more powerful flow. I presume I have to pay a plumber a couple hundred bucks to install this as well. I’ve already paid $1500 for the toilet and hundreds to have it installed ( as part of a remodel). So paying again is a crappy solution for a crappy crapper. Pay for a brand name. Even though this was almost as expensive it has to be flushed two or three times, EVERY TIME, to rid it of waste.After living with this installed for a couple of months I am happy with the comfort, style and amenities of this toilet. But it does not flush worth a darn. It takes at least two flush cycles every time. At least.

Hubo un problema con la dirección de entrega (por mi parte), pero VOVO tuvo la amabilidad de enviar el artículo nuevamente a la dirección correcta. Ahora con respecto al producto, este es uno de los mejores asientos de bidé que un hombre podría esperar. Tiene todas las características pero con un diseño elegante. Otros asientos de bidé parecían diseñados unos siglos antes, pero este encaja muy bien en casa. Recomiendo encarecidamente este asiento para bidé.
