This ioniser isn't very powerful so expect it to help with dust and pollen within a metre or so rather than through the whole room. That said it is small, cheap, unobtrusive, totally silent and works well provided you have a socket on your desk or by the head of your bed.

I bought this as I smoke and my daughter visits with her dogs , also she is asthmatic so this will help the atmosphere

I have larger air purifiers for my rooms and was surprised to find this plug in small version. It's compact and I use it in my hallway. My friends say it does smell fresher as they come through the door on asking and I find it's perfect for smaller spaces especially if you have pets or allergies. It says not suitable for larger rooms but if you like more positive, cleaner air I would recommend this small and discreet version ideal for those smaller areas. It's also silent and has a tiny brush at back of it that you're to clean occasionally. Other reviewers are right in the fact that the instructions are in tiny writing but are easy to follow, just ensure you have a magnifying glass or your spectacles to hand as the instruction leaflet writing is tiny

Small and quiet. I'm recovering from a collapsed lung, which resulted in both dificulty in breathing and panic attacks.Sleeping with this on in the bedroom helps considerably.
