After my sister died I became deeply depressed with severe anxiety. I could only sleep a couple hours a night and would wake up in a panic. Panic attacks became an everyday thing. This book is incredible. I can't say enough good things about it. It was the only book I bought that helped me (and I bought a lot) . The words are so soothing. This book became the only thing besides the Bible that gave me hope. Please buy it. You'll be so grateful you did. And it's beautiful and well made. I'm good now but often pick up this cook to read a page. I love it.

This little book is extremely comforting in time of grief. I would say everyone going thru the loss of a loved one should get this book. Worth every penny.

You can open the book and always find something that relates to what you are going through in the grieving process, and perhaps experience validation alongside comfort.
