I love the handpump that came with this; it inflated the ball very quickly and efficiently, unlike the dumb accordion style pump I got with another exercise ball. The first ball I ordered (the smallest one) turned out to be too small for what I was doing with it, so I ordered the next size up. I'm using it for PT exercises, and it works well for that.

Very pleased with service from the company and the ball itself. Despite it being a hand pump to fill, it was very easy and surprisingly quick to fill. They give you lots of helpful tips. In addition to that they sent me a pdf with some great exercises that I am enjoying doing. Their follow-through to ensure everything is going well is very much appreciated. Great company!

My first Live Infinitely ball [85 cm] was great, and I’ve had it for years. When my physical therapist recommended I use a 55 cm ball for some new exercises, I purchased the same brand expecting similar quality and am disappointed in the product. The 55 cm ball arrived very tightly compressed in its packaging; I followed the instructions to inflate in two steps [80% inflation first, then 24 hours later, finishing inflation]. After three weeks, the ball still has several deep creases. The hand pump is so-so and not at all easy to use; you really need more than two hands to pump up the ball. [Pain relief is not an appropriate product evaluation criterion for the ball itself.]

The material seems a little thin. I sit on it sometimes for an hour at my desk. And I notice how easily it warps shape. I’ve had coworkers who sit on yoga balls all day at work without the ball turning oval

This product is well made and easy to inflate. I am using it for stay at home workouts during the Corona Virus out break. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to feel like they are in the gym using a professional stability ball.

A little difficult to inflate 100% by myself.But I was able to inflate enough to use daily.Same quality as what I use in Physical Therapy.

Easy to inflate with the included air pump. Holds air well, does not leak. Have used the ball daily for 2 weeks and it has performed very well.

Didn’t use it much and found it flat one day. We pumped it up and by the next day it’s flat again.
