This is a great gift idea. If you want a nail cutter, this isn’t it. This is an electric nail file. It comes with an usb cord to charge. It also comes with a glass nail file and a brush to clean I purchased this product to use on someone else who’s disabled. It was hard to use for someone else. It was easier to use on myself. It’s not fast. You can change speeds. It doesn’t cut the nails. It files the nails. There’s a compartment which holds the nail trimmings. This is equivalent to a nail filer; so the compartment fills up with file dust. However 2 persons have used this and the compartment isn’t filled. We both have natural long nails. It’s worth the price. I will definitely recommend this product.

This works well in trimming my nails since I have weakened hand. It’s more of a nail grinder than a true cutter. It is pretty safe to use. Easy to clean. Happy with the purchase and its function.

I use it in my fingers not toes.It took a little testing to get a great trim.The blade is a spiral. Holding the unit button up the blade spins from top to bottom. It also has two speeds. This gives you four options. I like button up on the fast speed.Use is quick and easy. I apply a lot of pressure and multiple passes until the nail is shaped and the length I like. This leaves the nail with a slight burr. I then do a very light pressure pass, or two, to remove the burr.Doing both hands usually takes less than 5 minutes.

This product absolutely sucks! Then on top of that I put in a return and I was told to print out the label and I don’t have a printer, so they want me to pay a $1.00 to have them print it out and mail 3 to 5 days. That is completely unreasonable! It’s not my fault that the product sucks! It doesn’t even cut!.Joan Corcoran

Don't waste your time or money. The blade is too course and too slow to work on any nails, I found that the blade would just get stuck or stop on my nails. Even when it did cut, it was course and uneven. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because it comes with one of the best emery boards I have ever used. Nice and clean and actually easy to clean. That was a surprising plus.

Stumbled onto this in a YouTube video. It’s getting harder to reach my toes to trim them, and I hate cutting my nails in general, so thought I’d give this a try. Glad I did. The blade is a crosscut design that spins, meaning you can jam your nail into it and it can’t accidently cut you. It just can’t. I can watch a fingernail being ground down before my eyes. It’s like a personal power tool. The battery was still going strong after 20 minutes on all fingers and toes. I plug it into the charger after use, until the flashing light stops. Easy to tap out the nail debris from the interior receptacle. Used on a leather couch and detected no residue anywhere. Easy enough to use that you can keep your eyes on the ball game while grinding down nails at the same time. Very happy with this purchase.
