I hate flossing, this seems a little better
Tl;dr: I like it, with one minor complaint. It is larger than an electric toothbrush but appears to be the same size as name brand water flossers. It comes with charging cable, carry bag, two heads, and tiny carry case for the heads.I'm no dentist so I can't say if this is "better" than flossing, but I hate flossing for some reason. After getting yelled at by two different dentists for not flossing, I figured I'd give this a try.First off, and the only real complaint I have for this is to switch modes, you have to go through all of them. So if you want the last mode (pulse) you have to put it in your mouth and go through the first two modes first. To stop, long press the power button. The pressure for the first mode is probably just about right. It stings if you hit a sensitive spot on your gums.I pretty much use the whole tank in one use. Fill it up each time, if you let it sit, room temperature water is actually pretty cold when shooting it at your gums.

If you have sensitive teeth and gums like me, I suggest using warming the water
I'm getting ready to get braces so I bought this flosser. I do not have my braces on yet, but using the flosser my teeth feel clean, but it hurts. The high pressure is way to much for me, I use this on soft. It still seems intense and it makes a mess, my suggestion is using it in the shower. If you have sensitive teeth and gums like me, I suggest using warming the water. I warm up my filtered water to put in the reservoir and it's a little more comfortable than cold water. I get my braces put on tomorrow, I will update after I use with the braces for a few days.

I love this flosser!
I did a lot of research on a water flosser before I decided to buy this brand. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money because I didn't know if I would like it or not or if it would even be beneficial. I wanted one that I could use in the shower although the user's guide for this item says not to do that. Well, there is a plug that can be used to cover the charging prongs. I use that plug when Im in the shower but I dont allow the unit to come into direct contact with the water flow. Also, I use diluted mouthwash in my unit which makes one less step for me to do. Ive used this flosser before and after brushing my teeth and in my opinion/experience it works really well either way.

GUM BLASTER
Pro: The water container holds enough water to do a quick once over. The unit seems to be made pretty good.Cons: The standard pressure is WAY too hard and there's no way to move it around the mouth without hitting cheek or tongue at times. It blasted the area around one of my crowns so hard I couldn't put pressure on that tooth for a couple of days. I purchased it to replace my WaterPik, which I have on a medium setting of 5 or 6, so it's not like I'm not use to a waterjet. The soft setting seems too soft and the pulse is the same pressure as the standard. The problem is the settings are sequential, so it automatically starts in normal and in order to progress to the soft setting, you need to press the button again. By then, it's blasted your gums. Customer Service did not respond to my e-mail, even though they claim on a separate sheet included in the package that they answer in 24 hours. It's been a week and I haven't heard back.My husband tried it (he also uses a water flosser device) and said the pressure was too hard. So how do I know whether this unit is defective or not?

NO more MEAT in my teeth.
I LOVE this flosser. I had to wait to use it because I had burned my mouth a few days before getting it. Once the anticipation had built up and the roof of my mouth was healed, I finally got to use it and OH MY GOODNESS! I have never had the area where I floss so clean and food free. I like that it has variable pressure speeds and when I was done I felt fresh and clean. It comes with 2 tips so my husband and I will share this one and I will get another one for my 2 grandkids that live with me to use in their regular nightly routine. The water reservoir is large, there are 2 tips in the box and it also comes with a power/recharge cord that plugs into an outlet.

Good performance at a decent price
If my counter was larger I would have preferred a full sized unit but this little guy is very powerful. I have to use it on low speed but it does a great job of removing the bits of food that dental floss cannot. I would have preferred that the unit starts on low speed when turned on but I quickly got used to hitting the switch twice to set it to low. Hopefully it'll last a while.

Not Bad
I've been using this for a couple months now and like the convenience. I feel it does a good job, but the water capacity is much too small and I don't like small hole through which the water is added. However, it does a does a decent job and my mouth feels cleaner after using it (but I think any water flosser will do that). This is why I'm giving it three stars. I will be purchasing another cordless flosser when I find one that is easier to fill and holds more water. This is not a bad buy, but it's not a great one either.

It works great but I hate having to cycle thur the on ...
It works great but I hate having to cycle thur the on switch: [Press] PULSE; [Press] SOFT; [Press] NORMAL; [Press] OFF! When your mouth is full of water and you need to turn off in order to not spray the bathroom, you have to press button three times to turn off but if you press four times you have to go thur the sequence again! I wish it had two separate switches for MODE and ON/OFF. I do like that the straw is stiff compared to some other rmodels/brands. Also, I think the water pressure (PSI) is stronger than others.
