Best Choice ever
I have a first gen ipad and I always wanted to get a charging cable but never came around to getting one. This adapter actually saves me from buying another cable that I probably don't even need because I can use my iphone cable with it.

If you can wait for it to arrive, it's a great value
Was a bit skeptical and nervous about ordering this from overseas as you're basically screwed if one or all of these don't work. Tried all three and all of them work well, but feel really really cheap. There are swirls in the plastic but hey it does what it says it does. Took a long time to arrive though, like a month, so if you're not in a hurry this seller has the right idea providing this at a fraction of the cost of other sellers.

Adaptor does not charge my iPad 3, model a1430
I have an iPad A1430 using a 30 pin female connector. I received the 8 Pin Female to 30 Pin male connector today and excitedly plugged it in to my iPad. I am disappointed! The adapter didn't fit quite right and I was worried it would damage the connector on my iPad. I did manage to insert the 30 pin connector to my iPad, but when I plugged in the Lightening 8 pin connector the adaptor did not allow charging the iPad 3's battery. I tested the source and it was producing electricity to charge any device. Fortunately, the adaptor didn't damage the connector on my iPad.

Works good
Product works fine, upon unboxing I plugged in my iPhone 4s to a usb-c fast charger and my phone may have been “dead dead” but it would let show any sign of life so I plugged it in regularity and it powered on then I connected the adapter and it now works great

So great to use to plug an old iPod into my car to play.
I have an iPod Touch. I can connect devices to my car to play music, which is great, but it will only recognize either USB or the lightning adapter. But with this, I can play music from my janky old iPod perfectly through my car. Also eliminates the need for another charging cable.

Great Inexpensive Product
Great little product for use in hotel radios that use the old Apple pin connection. Easy to connect to Lightening Charger on new Apple devices.

Didn’t work
I don’t like to give one star reviews but I have to for the sole purpose that it doesn’t work to connect to a speaker. I should have listened to the other review that says it doesn’t work with Bose Dock. Seller was fine. Shipped it out on time!
