Ich habe mir die Rückenbandage aufgrund des Lumbalkissens bestellt. Das Kissen ist mittels Klettverschluss im Rücken positionierbar, macht einen guten und qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck und fühlt sich im Rücken auch gut an.Die Bandage wirkt robust Sie stinkt nicht und kam gut verpackt in einem wieder verschließbaren ZIP-Beutel im Paket hier an. Die Klettverschlüsse sind nicht riesig, halten aber gut. Der Klettverschluß der Bandage hat eine Größe von 13x5 cm, die Klettverschlüsse der Gurte haben eine 6,5 x 4cm Klettfläche.Bis jetzt bin ich zufrieden.Ich werde sie auf einem Festival tragen und dann danach berichten ob sie gegen die Rückenschmerzen geholfen hat.

Avendo frequenti problemi di dolori alla schiena ho deciso di acquistare questa cintura di supporto scelta su raccomandazione di un amico che conosceva il marcho.Finore non ho nessuna lamentela dopo i primi utilizzi e in particolare apprezzo che:1. Le due cinchie regolabili permettono di adattare la cintura al proprio corpo.2. Il cuscinetto lombare fa una gran differenze rispetto a soluzioni che avevo provato in passato e il mal di schiena e' molto piu' gestibile.3. Il materiale e il design sembrano di buona qualita'.Conto di continuare ad usarla in futuro soprattuto per lunghe camminare o alla guida.

During the pandemic, my back pain came back because I wasn't able to be as active. I have a herniated disc, and I have tried everything to get rid of the pain, from losing weight, going to the gym, and seeing a spine specialist, yet, nothing has really worked. I also purchased a few other back braces before, but none of them provided enough compression. After buying and using this brace for a few days, I slowly came to the realization that this back brace made a difference. First of all, it comes with a detachable lumbar pad that can be easily moved to fit your own body, and the two straps can be easily adjusted for additional compression. This makes the brace extremely comfortable, and it can be worn for long periods of time, offering substantial support, and relieving weight and pain. Not a miraculous cure, mind you, but definitely a pretty significant help!

Things I loved about this brace:1. The detachable compression pad really makes a difference. Provides the compression that I need.2. the front of the brace is much narrower compared with the back side, which creates less bulk in the front.3. There is 4 metal support in the back part of the brace, which has a curve shape that fits great with my back and allows me to bend.4. In addition, the size is accurate! My waist size is 30 and the S/M size is perfect for me.Things I think this brace can improve:1. It would be nice if they offered more colors.

My first ever Amazon review.... so here it goes.I have been dealing with back pain for years due to a herniated disc.I’ve tried a lot of different things, including physical therapy and seeing a spine specialist, but I mostly started to accept that I cannot do certain activities anymore.Long story short, a friend of mine recommended to try this brace, and I have been wearing it now for a couple of days and I can definitely recommend it.As others have pointed out, it is not a miraculous cure, but it definitely helps a lot with keeping a good body posture. I really like how easily you can adjust the fit. While I am 6’1 and in my mid-thirties, it should fit most body types due to the detachable lumbar pad.Also the instructions in the manual are available in multiple languages and are easy to follow.
