Bought some on the recommendation of my dog's veterinarian. Doggo becomes highly agitated every time we walk into the vet and stays in panic mode the entire visit, regardless of what's happening. Gave her 4 drops in a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt 1 hour before an appointment. She weighs 50 pounds. Although she wasn't calm, I'd say her agitation level was about half what it normally is. Will bump up 2 more drops each visit until I find the correct dose for her.

I have taken rescue remedy off and on throughout my life because of my extreme anxiety. I don't notice a huge difference in how I feel when taking it, but it seems to take the edge off a bit. I take 6 drops a day. Two in the morning, afternoon and evening.

My preference for Bach Remedies is glycerin as a preservative not alcohol. What I ordered had alcohol and not glycerine. Yes I know it's a tiny percentage of alcohol. I've been a Bach Remedy user and Professional Consultant since 1974. It came on time and was still beneficial for me to have.
