What form of B12 is in here? I wish they would list all the ingredients used.

Ingredients are listed on the pics of the bottle on Amazon, as well as scrolling down the page to the information section for all the Bs included. Also on the actual website of Nature's Plus. I hope this helps, as I could not successfully copy & paste on the phone app today. (This seems to help my health issues. I open the capsule & take 8 "microdoses" throughout the day. Vit B is usually rapidly removed from the body via the urine since is a water-absorbable vitamin. My one doc told me to do this last year & I do notice a difference in how I feel throughout the day.)

Vitamin B

I bought these to replace another brand that was made from synthetic ingredients. This brand is supposed to be made from organic product. It seems to be working as well as the other brand. Am satisfied with this product.

I seem to be doing better on this.

I have several chronic illnesses. I eat a WFPB anti-inflammatory diet & am vegan & gluten-free. I pair this with their K2 & Vitamin D3 every morning. The chronic illnesses I have or have been suspected to have, are helped out by these 3, as recommended by my docs & some of the bigger university & health systems. I couldn't be happier knowing that these ingredients are pretty much what I eat every day with no harmful chemicals, pesticides, etc in them. I am quite pleased with this company & glad I discovered them in 2014 when my vitamin D level was under 10.
