Loved how the bottles were packed in bubble wrap to protect them from breaking in its box. This is a well made product (soda) well crafted and has a wonderful taste. I’ve purchased these products in its many flavors and have never been disappointed.

i read the reviews after purchasing and really hoped no bottles came broken. had one completely shattered glass bottle. (why i only gave 4 stars). rest still tastes good in my moscow 😊 next time cans. i’m ordering cans.

I grew up drinking homemade ginger beer on the island of St. Croix U.S.V.I. and can tell when ginger beer is made from syrup and when it's been fermented and as far as I'm concerned, fermented is the only way ginger beer should be made.I've tried several mass-produced ginger beers and only 2 come close to the way my grandmother made it in the Caribbean, Fentimans and a certain hot-headed tree. Both brands have a slightly different taste due to their preference of ingredients used (Fentimans has a more pronounced citrus flavor while the other is sweeter and with a note of pepper) but both are fermented and absolutely delicious.If it doesn't bite you in the throat, it's not real ginger beer.

They did a great job in putting all ingredients together in perfect balance. Nothing is overpowering. Compared to US brands, this wins over all of them. Love this.

This review is just to supplement other "1" ratings. One bottle of the four was broken. Obviously poor boxing and shipping. This may be a wonderful product and I may submit a subsequent review but I feel it important to let others know to expect broken merchandise. I understand these are bottles but Fever Tree doesn't have this problem with their bottles. Maybe Fentimans shouls try cans. Anyway, I knew this result was possible but I want to let others know what to expect and to be careful broken glass when opening the box.

I was skeptical of this because Merry Old England isn't known for food and drinks that have flavor or bite.This did nothing to change my mind. It has a weak ginger taste and no bite. It isn't ginger beer if it isn't biting the back of your throat. If it were marked as ginger ale, it would be a solid 4-star.At least it doesn't have artificial stuff and HFCS. That is why it is three stars, instead of two.It is better than most ginger beer made in the US, but the US isn't known for taste or quality. Its levels of quality and taste are even lower than those in the UK.Jamaica remains the king of ginger beer.

Love these. Taste better than standard ginger beers and less calorific and sugary too.
