I like this case it is good protection. Although once on the top piece tries to pull loose when opening the device.

I bought this for my son for his school issued Chromebook. Unlike my daughter, my son tends to be a little rough on his items. I had to cash in on the warranty I purchased on his Chromebook when he dropped it and damaged the hinge. I knew then that I needed to get him a stronger case. I read good things about this one and gave it a try. My son didn't hesitate on testing it as he dropped it several other times. The last time finally caused a small crack in the corner of the case and why I buying a new one. The case did what it was supposed to do and absorbed the damage and left the Chromebook undamaged. I liked it enough to buy another for this school year, ready for when he drops it again.

Does it’s job but seems to fit a little loosely and is easy to accidentally nudge off.

I love the Gumdrop DropTech Case for the Dell 3189 Chromebook. I bought the case for my granddaughter's chromebook. She takes her chromebook to school each day. I know how accidents can happen, so to protect her device , I bought the Gumdrop case. I use the Gumdrop ipad case in my 4th grade classroom and the cases have really protected my ipads for the last few years, so naturally I bought one for my granddaughter. I am well pleased.

this case arrived quickly and snapped right onto my daughter's school-issued laptop. it's providing me a little extra comfort knowing that the laptop has a little protection on it for when she accidentally drops her backpack and forgets that the laptop is in there. bonus - is that now she can decorate her laptop with stickers to personalize it.

Not to sturdy!!!

I bought 2 of these for my kids school chromebooks. It fits the Chromebook 11 (3189) perfectly. It's a nice thick plastic with rubber along the sides. I got this one specifically because I was hoping the rubber sides would keep it from slipping off of a table or books. So far it has worked well. The kids have no complaints. I am happy with the covers.

This was purchased for our third grader's first laptop to be brought back and forth to school. It fits perfectly, was very easy to attach and is sturdy. He has not dropped it...yet. However, we feel confident that it is the right case for the job. My husband also purchased port plugs for all usb etc ports that are not in use.

Wasn’t sure if this would fit the dell 2-in1 chromebook (3000) as the only reviews were from Amazon.com and talked about the 3180 model. For anybody considering it, I can confirm that it fits the 3000 really well and will undoubtedly give the Chromebook a great deal of extra protection from the bumps and knocks I know it will be getting. Yes it is more expensive than the other cases but I think it is definitely worth it.

He comprado esté producto para el chromebook de mi hija y es genial me gusta mucho. El chrome queda muy protegido sus bordes de caucho le dan una protección extra contra caídas, es cierto que le añade peso pero es lo de menos cuando te das cuenta que es un verdadero protector. En cuanto a su precio no es caro para la calidad del producto. Yo aconsejo que podéis comprar esta funda si lo que buscas es protección de buena calidad.
