Uber Numb Spray with 5% Lidocaine - Maximum Strength Topical Anesthetic - Pain Relief Skin Numbing Spray 4 oz, (2 Pack)

As someone who suffers from anal fissures, I've used Uber Numb's topical cream for two-plus years at the recommendation of my colorectal surgeon. I'm very happy with that product so, when I wanted to restock the medicine cabinet and wanted something to help with burns, this seemed like a good idea.It took a bit of time to need to use it, although I'm sure if I never bought it the need would have been sooner.The first and only problem is that the cap is DIFFICULT TO OPEN. It seems to be some new child-proof design that is difficult to open and does not get easier with time.As to the product itself, it sprays on fine and the lidocaine has the intended effect immediately. 5% lidocaine is effective for me for minor burns or "road rash" (skateboarding, not a motorcycle injury). The spray goes on smoothly and takes about 20 minutes for it to kick in for me. Once it kicks in, it works very well for at least an hour and then the effectiveness starts to fade, gone by about 30 minutes after that.Other than the cap, I like this product and it is effective for me.

I see a number of reviews on this page that do not seem to be for the product I am reviewing which is: Uber Numb Numbing Spray 4 oz, (2 Pack) 5% Lidocaine, Made in USA, Rapid Absorption.It's summertime here in New England and with that comes the insects. Sitting outside for any length of time, especially during the evening and nightfall, it seems like ALL the insects come out and head straight for me.Bug bites is all I've used this on thus far and it works well for that. It helps to reduce the swelling and to stop the itching.There's no price currently listed for this, but depending on what that is, we would consider buying some more. I will happily use what I have left for the rest of the summer.(I am confused by all the lanyard reviews on this page?)

This is so handy to have around when you get scratched or bug bites, this helps to numb itches or pains you might have. I had a cut on my foot and I sprayed this on it and it did numb it good for a little while, it does wear off after a while but it works really well at numbing the pain. It’s really easy to spray on yourself and you get 2 large bottles. It’s great on sensitive skin and even back pain. My husband used it on his back and knees where he works in the mines he stays sore and this took his pain away, he was shocked it worked as well as it did lol. It has no scent and isn’t greasy at all. It’s not sticky or messy and it dries really fast. I like that it doesn’t leave any residue on my hands too. I’m really happy I decided to try these, they work and they work really well at numbing the pain. I would definitely purchase again and I would recommend!!!

Not really what I would consider a good numbing spray but maybe it is dependant on where you use it thus the reason for my half stars. I am a tattoo artist and I felt all numbing sprays are the same. Our at least, should be able to be used for the same things but they're not. This one is particularly different but hey. If you need it for what it is intended for then you use it and tell me what you think.

The bottle is easy to use and has a built in child-proof lock. This numbing spray is okay for itchy skin, but doesn't penetrate any deeper. The residue is not greasy like creams, but is tacky. I found the spray to help with itchy areas on my legs, but not for very long, maybe 5 minutes. If you want something more effective that lasts longer you will be better off using a cream.

I used this Uber numbing spray on my knuckles since I’ve been typing a lot lately and have been expediting some pain and fatigue. The instant numbing promise delivers! I felt immediate relief after spraying my knuckles. I do find that the locking bottle tops are a bit difficult to open, even as a qualified adult.

When I ordered these I didn't even know they were usually used for before/during/after tattoos. I just got it for general purpose use. I have used it a few times so far, for bug bites and cat scratches, and its not magic by any means, but does certainly help.

This is a great product for those times when issues down there flare up. It is easy to use and works quickly to numb affected areas. I like that I don't have to get the product all over my hands like creams and ointments. The numbness lasts a decent amount of time and it is easy to reapply more as needed.
