Works perfectly!
This installs easily, charges quickly, and holds the charge for a long time, just like the branded batteries that Sony doesn't sell anymore. No tools are necessary. All you have to to is open the back of your PSP, take out the old battery, and put this into its place. It charges in a few hours, and it's ready to go!

actually fits, and good charge
excellent battery, fits my psp 3000, where the sony battery i got wouldnt let me close the door. absolutely love it, long playtime.

Premium battery, but loose fit
The media could not be loaded. The Ostent is one of the best PSP batteries you can get in 2024. It has a quality feel and great battery life.However by itself the battery fit a little loose. I haven’t seen other reviews on amazon with this issue but I’m also not sure if others are using a JP model like mine.Putting a paper slip under the battery is a super easy fix for this, more about that in the video. I can’t say I was expecting this as the battery is made for 2000/3000 models but I have seen others have this issues with different aftermarket batteries.

Best for PSP2000 and 3000
Works great. Bought this for a PSP 3000 Vibrant Blue with motherboard model TA-095v2.Max battery life is around 7 hours...? Which translate to an average of 4-5hrs when gaming.Excellent product, excellent brand!

High quality aftermarket battery to date
Battery fitment tolerances are almost perfect, ever so slightly oversized but didn't impact door closure or operation, just a slightly tight connector fit - life seems about on par with official Sony variants and considering their age it is welcome to have alternatives to such a proprietary form factor.Considering the alternative I'm very glad Ostent's consistently been supporting Sony battery replacements for multiple consoles and wish them the best of luck in persistence in the future.

Only good psp battery
I bought this for my psp 3000. It's the only quality aftermarket battery.
