We bought the 10 foot trampoline as a gift for our 3 year old. It is a nice looking and very sturdy trampoline. It was easy assemble with the provided instructions, and they even threw in a "happy birthday" banner. We used the provided wind stakes to attempt to protect our trampoline from damage. The instructions specifically stated they weren't rated for high wind, but we hoped they'd fair okay. We had an insane wind storm where I live, and as the company warned, the stakes couldn't hold up. I reached out to the company to see if I could possibly buy replacement parts for what got damaged in the wind storm, and they replaced the whole trampoline!! The customer service is unmatched. I recommend them to anyone buying a trampoline!

The JUMPZYLLA 12-Foot Trampoline is an excellent choice for outdoor fun! It’s well-made with a sturdy frame and an anti-rust coating that seems perfect for lasting through the elements. The enclosure net is secure, giving peace of mind while my kids bounce around. The included ladder makes it easy for them to get on and off, and the size is just right for both kids and adults to enjoy. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality is top-notch for the price.

We purchased the Jumpzylla 14’ trampoline for our kids, and they absolutely loved it. It was easy to assemble, felt sturdy, and the kids had a great time using it for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, a strong windstorm hit our area and flipped the trampoline over before the additional ground stakes (which I had ordered separately) even arrived. The damage was significant, and we were so disappointed.I initially reached out to Jumpzylla’s customer service to see if I could purchase replacement parts for the damaged components. To my surprise, their team was incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though they weren’t obligated to do so, they went above and beyond by replacing the entire trampoline. Their support turned a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience.What really sets this company apart is their outstanding customer service. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.Highly recommend both the trampoline and the company behind it!

This is very well built. Its way better then the last trampoline we purchased about 4 years ago that has already fallen apart. This one has very good springs and kids all said right away how much higher they can get jumping. I love how sturdy the protective net is. What a great design. Easy to install also. Highly recommended. Great price!

The issue I had was the packaging. When this box was delivered it was mangled and put back together looks like at least twice it opened and was fixed. Some of the boxes with the hardware were open from being mangled. Springs were everywhere. I deducted a star for that reason and that reason only because it seems to be a pattern. They need to get stronger boxes and make it easier for transportation.The trampoline. I purchased the 14ft red & black option for $489. Instructions were easy to understand and it took me about 1.5 hours to put together. I did get help. It is a 2 man job but 1 will do if that’s all you have. It was not hard at all. The trampoline itself it is nice. Easy bounce and could hold me, my husband and two children without bending in too far. The net is average it’s not very thick but it does serve its purpose. I do like the rounded posts. 14ft is the perfect size if you have children that like space when moving around. My son has asd and that was important to me. I think if you have more than one child 10ft and up is your best bet. The protectors of the posts are flimsy I do think I’ll have to replace them after time.I also like the maintenance and safety section it did inform me quite a bit on proper safety measures and maintenance they include.It gave me the option to get a free gift. A basketball net or a sprinkler. I filled out the survey for a trampoline sprinkler. I will come back to let you know if I actually received it. That will definitely make me feel better about the price lol.I will say I do feel it was worth the extra money for a nicer, sturdier, safer and fun trampoline.I did do a lot of research before purchasing a trampoline. Yes you can find them at a fraction of the cost but jumpzylla is the highest recommended for safety. I found it hard to find helpful reviews though because the size was not listed and some people based their reviews on shipping issues with the box being mangled like myself.If you are like me adding multiple trampolines to your cart considering size, price, ratings and taking forever to purchase because you want to shop around. This was a gift from Santa to our daughter. Santa started putting it together around 8:30pm and finished around 11pm. This was Santa's first time putting together a trampoline, and it wasn't hard at all. It probably would've gone faster if Santa was putting it together in the daytime instead of with a flashlight! The instructions were very clear.I'm really impressed by the quality of the materials. It's super affordable. All our daughter wants to do is jump and come up with fun games to play on the trampoline. The net is really sturdy (it's saved me numerous times lol).We went with the 16ft option and there's plenty of room. Bounces great.No problems at all. Highly recommend 👍
