Print quality is great. It was delivered on time and it was compatible with my printer.

I've gone through one set that lasted me a few years and have just ordered another. I did have some issues but the savings was worth it. Once in a while (maybe once every few months or so) my C460w printer would give an "install toner" message while I used these after market toners. Sometimes it would reset if I just opened and closed the door but other times that won't solve it. What I found is that I had to reinstall the original genuine Samsung toner cartridge, let it boot up and then revert back to the aftermarket. This means that I have to keep some Samsung toners in storage to fix this problem. For me it's worth it due to the lower price for these toners, but it's a nonsense that Samsung made it hard for aftermarket companies to make one as reliable as the OEM due to the way that they designed their on toner chips.I did have one black toner that had issues that I couldn't reset no matter what after two years of ownership but this company stood behind the product and sent me a replacement after I sent some info verifying the issue.

For printers and its consumables, I have always been a loyal fan of original brands until last time i wanted to try something new. I fond this toner cartridge casually when i was glancing over similar products. After looking through its reviews and compared with other sellers, i finally chose this one. Fortunately, it didn’t disappoint me. At first, i used it to printer some papers for testing, and it worked well. Secondly, I have been using it to printer all kinds of documents for a period of time and no malfunction appeared. Basically speaking, its feature can be described as uniform color, firm fixation and delicate presentation. If you want to buy a high-quality toner cartridge with favorable price, this one may be your good choice.

Two of the cartridges I got had the little green chips either not seated correctly or are broken. They will not read to the printer for either the Black or the Blue cartridges. I can not test the other cartridges until I get these replaced as I am out of toner on my old ones, and the new ones will not connect to allow the printer to run.Very disappointed.EDIT 2/6/21A little over a month ago the seller reached out and sent me 2 new cartridge's for the ones that were shipped bad. I placed them in the printer and the new ones worked with the rest of the colors. They fired up flawlessly and started printing after the initialization the printer does. I have been using the carts for about a month after install printing different things from photos to letters and the quality seems to be equivalent to OEM carts. The life of the toner is not exactly what you would expect OEM from Samsung, but it still much lower in price per page than OEM going this direction. After the customer service that I received from the seller, I will change my review and state that I would without a doubt order these again when needed.I did reduce 1 star for the life of the toner compared to OEM, but it should only be a 1/2 star (if that was an option) as stated, the cost per page is still much cheaper than buying OEM cartridges from Samsung.

I have been purchasing these toner cartridges for a few years now and have never had any issues. The print quality is just as good as it would be when I had the name brand toners. And half of the cost of name brand toners! With the kids being at home for school the remainder of the year I knew I would need more ink. I didn't hesitate to repurchase this product. I do alot of printing and even more now. I usually only have to purchase maybe twice a year. So these do last just as long, if not more than a name brand. And it doesn't break the bank. Changing these toner cartridges out is easy as changing your toilet paper roll ! These fit flawlessly and there's no software to download, plus you'll save crazy money rather than going to Staples.

I bought this printer ink and installed in January 2020. All colors levels were/are at 95%, black is 86%. Today the Cyan color is showing message to replace with 0% ink. I have taken in and out, shake, turned printer and computer on/off several times. I even placed the old cartridge in and forced printer to run reset hoping it would be a glitch and put yours back in, still same message.. I think I have done everything possible to resolve. Is there anything left to do or do I assume your product is the problem? Appreciate assistance. Amazon is forcing me to rate seller. I hope I get reply and assistance so I can rate again and 5 stars. BTW, I don't use individual colors that would cause this. I wouldn't even know how to. No problem until now that i was aware of.

I was recommended by a friend to try this toner cartridge since my primary one ran out. At first, i was afraid that a compatible cartridge may not be as good as the original product or it could even damage my Samsung printer. After some hesitation, i decided to have a try since its price is much cheaper than original brand.I bought this cartridge mainly for home use, so one toner cartridge can be used for a long time. Up to now, the texts printed on papers are clear and can’t be wiped off easily. Nothing bad happened. I’m satisfied on the whole and i hope everything will be smooth in following printing operations. My own using experience for your reference.
