This is a smaller PCV valve, you’ll need a grommet with a 5/8 hole for the valve cover. Item comes as shown, shipping is slow from Amazon don’t waste the extra 4 dollars for earlier delivery.

Looks like oem
Looks like a legit AC Delco part. Replaced this right before I needed to smog my truck, which I do every two years. I'm sure it will last that long, every other one has so far.
