This Donama pillow has got to be the best pillow manufactured! I never imagined how much a new ergonomic pillow would improve my sleep.I originally started looking at a new pillow because of constant neck pain that didn't get any better while sleeping. After reading many reviews, I decided to try the Donama cervical pillow. I am so glad that I did! I'm a very restless sleeper and spend a lot of time on my side. This is the first pillow that supports my head and neck while on my side or back. I now wake up with no pain! The pillow is lightweight, and its height is perfect to provide the necessary head support. It's made with memory foam so the pillow conforms to your body at any position. I can't promote this pillow enough!

The comfortable feeling is real! The soft touch is a bonus.The only reason I give 4 stars is.... that I wish it was a bit higher/taller.My husband has broad shoulder and he likes to sleep on his side.The pillow, despite its comfortable feeling, is a bit low for side sleeper who has wide shoulders.The head feels like it floats in the air and there is a gap between the head and the pillow.When you sleep on your back, it's very comfortable and good.

Apparently, they make thistype of pillow mainly for men's sizes. This is the second pillow of this type that I've tried. The first 1 (different company) was also too big for me, not height-wise though. By that I mean, both of the pillows I've tried are about 3 inches too long in the area from the edge of the pillow (where it snugs in at the neck/shoulder area) to the button in the middle where the ear should fit comfortably. The height of the pillow is fine. There are actually 2 slightly different height sizes on each edge of the pillow (one side is a little higher, then do a 180 pillow spin and that other side is a little lower). I tried both sides of the pillow to get my ear to fit in at that indented area, nope, not happening! Fyi, I'm 5'6" so I'm not a tiny little thing trying to fit in a regular size pillow. The pillow is just too big for this average girl. I do like this pillow design so I will keep searching. This one will unfortunately have to go back. Maybe one of these companies will get it right!

It really does stay cooler than my old pillow, and I don’t wake up sweaty anymore. Plus, it’s soft, removable, and easy to wash.The foam is dense but still cushions well. It keeps its shape overnight and hasn’t flattened out like others I’ve used. No strange smell either, which I appreciated right away.If you’ve been dealing with sore shoulders or restless sleep, this one’s worth a try. It’s supportive, comfortable, and actually does what it says.
